The car they used to escape breaks down after sustaining damage to the engine, forcing them to walk the rest of the way. Shaundi and Amber travel outside the city area. They manage to escape the city and get as far away as possible. They make their escape and find themselves in a L.E.G.I.O.N. With the help of a defective Swarmtrooper and Helltrooper, Shaundi and Amber escape the facility, however, the two undercover soldiers don't. the whereabouts of her father, which she can't tell them because she hasn't seen him since she was an infant. lair underneath Grand Central Station where she is interrogated and tortured for several days, she is bashed, sprayed with freezing cold water and even slashed on her arms, legs, chest, stomach and back until she tells L.E.G.I.O.N. She is transported and held captive in a L.E.G.I.O.N. Amber is taken away and Shaundi attempts to rescue her but is attacked by Shocktrooper who knocks her out. Shaundi and Amber attempted to escape their apartment building but were swarmed by L.E.G.I.O.N. In 2037, Shaundi's life changed for the worst when Devil's Night began. Her marriage eventually came to an end when Shaundi and her husband divorced, in which she returned to her maiden name. She eventually got married a couple of months later and gave birth to her daughter, Amber. Dedicated to her childhood dream of helping people she successfully passed and graduated. When she was 31, Shaundi joined the police force and underwent her training to become a part of the New York Police Department. At the age of 5, young Shaundi had the desire to become a police officer and help people. Despite not knowing her father in person Shaundi looked up to him like so many other people all around the world did. Shaundi was just a newborn baby when her father left her mother and two older sisters in order to protect them. With her father playing a key role in defeating the Zin during their 1997 invasion, Shaundi struggled to uphold the reputation of her family, for her sake. The runt of her family, Shaundi was the smallest and youngest out of three daughters-Jessica, Rhiannon and herself.
